Bolney Wine Estate is set to open its newly refurbished shop and vineyard café on June 1 this year.
The grand opening will fall at a “special time”, says the West Sussex vineyard, as it coincides with the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and English wine week. The shop and café will be a celebration of all thing British and will feature local Sussex produce and vineyard chef Dan’s homemade offerings. High Weald Diary and Mill Farm are two of the local Sussex producers who will be featured on the menu.
Customers will be able to taste the estate’s limited edition wines when visiting the café and tasting dishes will be available to order throughout English wine week.
