Kent vineyard Chapel Down has inked an agreement with high-end retailer Harvey Nichols to launch two new wines: a Blanc de Blancs 2007 and a Chardonnay Reserve 2010.
The Blanc de Blancs 2007 is Chapel Down’s first 100 percent Chardonnay sparkling wine, while the Chardonnay Reserve 2010 is its first oaked reserve.
Managing director Frazer Thompson took to the tweetosphere to convey his excitement at the listing. e tweeted: “We’ve joined forces with @Harvey_Nichols to launch Chapel Down’s two newest wines: Blanc de Blancs 2007 & Chardonnay Reserve 2010. Exciting!. Really pleased to be working with the wonderful @Harvey_Nichols with their Drool Britannia campaign in all their stores. Time to shop!”
The retailer will also stock Chapel Down’s red and nectar wines as well as a range of its Curious brews.
The newly launched wines will be exclusively available in all Harvey Nichols wine shops, restaurants and bars in Knightsbridge, Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Leeds from this month.
