Bob Lindo, founder of Camel Valley vineyard in Cornwall, is pleased to announce that the vineyard’s 2014 Camel Valley Cuvee Raymond has been crowned ‘World Sparkling Rose’ Champion, in the Bollecini Del Mondo, Challenge Euposia held in Bardolino, Italy. Lindo says: “It’s our 4th Bollecin Trophy and our second for best rose sparkling, or Champagne.”

Camel Valley has won the Dudley Quirk Memorial Trophy – ‘The most outstanding large production win’ in the UK Vineyards Association Wine of the Year Competition; the only competition judged entirely by masters of Wine (MWs). The Trophy was awarded for the 2015 Camel Valley Bacchus dry white wine, which also gained a Gold medal.
