Kent vineyard and brewer Chapel Down is advertising for a trio of roles at the producer’s winery in Tenterden following rapid business growth.
CEO Frazer Thompson says: “We are looking to hire bright, enthusiastic, energetic self-starters at a number of levels for full time employment based at our beautiful winery in Tenterden.”
The posts are a brand manager, customer service and development executive (CSDE) and a customer delivery driver. The brand manager will ensure that the brand values and messages are communicated consistently and effectively within the organisation, to our trade customer base and direct to consumers; the CSDE is a new role aimed at improving sales effectiveness and customer acquisition and retention; while the delivery driver will act as an important company representative and will need to be physically fit as the job will involve lifting kegs of beer and cases of wine.
